BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
RESERVATIONS INSIDE 60-DAYS
- Full Payment is due upon booking
- Once booked, reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO REFUNDS will be issued regardless of circumstances. For example: undesirable weather, travel/road conditions, illness, health-related issues, COVID-19, family emergency, etc.
RESERVATIONS OUTSIDE 60-DAYS
- 25% NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit is charged upon booking
- Remaining balance is charged to the card on file 60-Days prior to stay
- CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES to reservations will be accepted up to 60-Days prior to stay
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES, POLICIES & INFORMATION
CHECK-IN 3:00 PM / CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM **NO EARLY CHECK-INS**
- Check-In Desk is located inside the Convenience Store
- Check-in's AFTER 10:00 PM - Please call and notify the Lodge @ 208-558-7221
- LATE Check-Out’s will be charged $100
REFUNDABLE KEY DEPOSIT
- $10/key
- Key(s) must be physically returned to the Front Desk at time of Check-Out
- If you plan to depart BEFORE the Lodge opens (Summer-8:00 AM / Winter-9:00 AM), return your key(s) the night before to collect your deposit
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE
- Reasonable requests for towels or linens can be made (at the front desk) for rental units without washers/dryers
NO SMOKING
- This activity will result in a $500 charge
PETS WELCOME
- $25 fee/pet/day
- Failure to disclose pets, or accurate number of pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee
- Service animals are welcome free of charge with proper documentation
MAXIMUM # OCCUPANTS ONLY
- Occupants over limit will be charged $250/person
NO ROLL-AWAY BEDS OR AIR MATTRESSES
NO TENT OR RV CAMPING
PARKING IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY
- No parking in the roadways
ATV's/UTV's/SNOW MACHINES
- Must observe the 15 MPH speed limit
- Remain on roadways
- Be courteous to others on property
- All laws in regards to the machine must be followed or you will be asked to leave
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF ANY KIND WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FREMONT COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
